Symphony Developer

OvalHR and EastNetic are jointly looking to hire Symphony Developer to work with international experience gifting group of companies Emoti Group (emotigroup.com) with HQ in North of Europe

Emoti Group is a group of companies that enable and encourage experience gifting. They offer experiential gifting online, offline and in own stores. They also provide spa and getaway deals, and operate companies that run experience solutions. Companies of the group operate in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and beyond. IT solutions are centralized for the whole group of companies and headquartered in Lithuania.

Group unites several companies, employs over 200 specialists. The business operates since 2004.

What you will do

  • Work on the expanding, improving and fixing:
  • internal ERP system to enable the company run more smoothly and efficiently.
  • customer facing e-commerce solutions.
  • Be part of the team that helps people around the globe gift amazing emotions to their loved ones 😊

Requirements

  • Proven track record with PHP (3+ years) and Symphony (at least 1 year).
  • Ability to work in Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with Git.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS.
  • Experience with PHP 7 and ability to write statically typed PHP code.
  • Good „system design intuition“.
  • Experience with SQL and front-end technologies (yes, the focus would be still on the BE part).
  • Experience applying OOP design patterns.
  • Knowledge and experience using TDD.
  • Good command of English language and good communication skills
